Fees and Payment
As consideration for the services you purchased, you agree to pay Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc. the applicable service(s) fees set forth on our Website at the time of your selection, or, if applicable, upon receipt of your invoice from Â鶹ÊÓƵ. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly noted, as required by applicable law, or as such fees are billed by Â鶹ÊÓƵ under an invoice to a Customer that expressly permits payment for Services by a Customer within thirty (30) days after placing an order.
Processing Time
Processing time is the time required for Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc. to complete the verification. Processing time is not guaranteed. While we try to complete all orders within the time specified, any order can be delayed by a reasonable amount of time or for reasons beyond our control.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc. will not use any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly authorized to do so by such individuals, other than to provide services described on this web site. Â鶹ÊÓƵ will not divulge or otherwise disclose such information to any person or third party other than authorized employees or authorized subcontractors of Â鶹ÊÓƵ whose job performance requires such acts, without the prior written consent of the customer.
Purpose of Verification
Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc. is not a Consumer Reporting Agency and does not provide consumer reports or investigative consumer reports (i.e., background reports) for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening (or any other purpose) as regulated by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act. You agree to NOT request any background report from Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc. that will be used for one of those purposes. You must work with a Consumer Reporting Agency to fulfill those requests.
Limitation of Liability
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Â鶹ÊÓƵ, INC.'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LISTED FEES OF THE SERVICES OFFERED. Â鶹ÊÓƵ SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IT OFFERS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Â鶹ÊÓƵ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Â鶹ÊÓƵ HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
